A1Awazon Market // record A1
A1 // One address to another of the three
The free substitution. It changes the door and nothing else, which is exactly why it is the right response to a stall and the wrong response to anything else.
Awazon Market // onion addresses
The three strings below open the same market. The same account, the same balance, the same open orders sit behind each one. Copy a string, paste it into Tor Browser, and read the last six characters in the address bar before you type a password.

NOTHING HERE IS RANKED. THE ORDER IS THE ORDER THEY WERE WRITTEN IN.
IWhy a market publishes more than one
A service reachable at a single address can be pushed off the network by concentrating on that address. Running several at once means an attack has to be repeated, and each one carries its own descriptor and its own introduction points, so pressure on one does not automatically reach the others.
From your side that produces a simple property: if one string will not answer, another may, and neither outcome tells you anything about the market as a whole. It tells you about that string on that path at that moment.
IIWhat is not true about the three
- There is no primary address and no backup. The order on this page is the order they were written in and carries no meaning.
- None of them is faster than the others in any stable sense. Speed is a property of the path your client built, not of the door.
- Switching does not create a second account or a second balance. Sign in on any of them and it is the same session waiting for you.
- An address that has stopped answering for you is not therefore retired. It may simply be refusing your current path.
IIIThe routine
- 01A string stalls. Rebuild the circuit first, because that is record N1 and it costs four seconds.
- 02Still stalling: copy the next address from the top of this page and open it.
- 03Still stalling on all three, across fresh circuits: the problem is no longer about which door. Go to record T2.
IVThe trap at the end of this record
The dangerous version of switching addresses is switching to one that did not come from a list you already had. Three strings are printed at the top of every page here. A fourth, arriving from a chat or a search result while you are frustrated, is the situation record A6 exists for.
Three doors, one building. Change the door as often as you like and check the last six characters every time.
